Output: React + Tailwind, mobile and desktop.That is 90 words. It replaces what would otherwise be a design brief, a mockup, a review cycle, and a handoff doc. The model fills in the rest: layout, spacing, component choices, responsive behavior.
The interesting part is that the prompt is the design. The designer's job is no longer to draw the screen; it is to write the conditions under which the screen becomes the right screen. That is a genuinely different skill set, and it is one that is more transferable across products.
The Pipeline That Replaces the Designer
Here is what the pipeline looks like in practice at the startups I am watching:
Spec as prompt. Product writes a compact spec.
Generation. A multimodal model produces a component tree and a rendered preview.
Review. A product manager or a senior engineer reviews the preview.
Refinement. A second, shorter prompt tweaks what needs tweaking.

Who Gets Paid Less
